  • Has over 35 years of Tijuana industrial real estate experience
  • Completed over 50 million square feet of leases, purchases, and build-to-suit transactions, including some of the largest deals in Tijuana and Tecate
  • Negotiated government incentives for major corporations
  • Represented over 200 European, Asian, and American corporations

Education, Memberships & Awards

  • Academic Roles: Teaches courses as an adjunct at USD and UCSD Extension and lectures at SDSU and UCSD
  • Industry Authority: Frequently cited in academic and industry journals, as well as mass media (including El Financiero), for his prescient forecasts and proprietary information
  • Education: Holds a chemistry degree and an MBA in international business, both from SDSU
  • Community Service: Volunteers on the San Diego Community College District's Proposition S & N Citizens Oversight Committee
